  • Funakogi Undo (migi hanmi, hidari hanmi)

  • Shomenuchi Ikkyo Undo

  • Zengo Undo – two directions (migi hanmi, hidari hanmi)

  • Happo Undo – eight directions (migi hanmi, hidari hanmi)

  • Tenkan Undo

  • Tekubikosa Undo (low, high)

  • Sayu Undo - Sayu Choyaku Undo

  • Udefuri Undo - Udefuri Choyaku Undo

  • Ushirotori Undo

  • Ushirotekubitori Undo

  • Orenaite ( Unbendable arm)

  • Agaranai Karada (Unliftable body)

  • Koho Tento Undo (back, knee, stand)

  • Mae Ukemi – both hands (rolling, break-fall)

  • Ushiro Ukemi – both legs
